Systems thinking, the ability to assess the problem in a complex and decompose, good communication skills and the ability to find an approach to different people, experience in various fields are qualities that make me a good manager.

Forming a team/department/direction from scratch, launching new projects and start-ups are the most interesting tasks with proven experience in effective implementation.

Main experience:
- recruitment of a team, creation of a good working atmosphere and relationships;
- department/enterprise management and project management (agile, waterfall, hybrid);
- resource planning and budgeting, time control, risk management;
- participation in development (ux/ui, backend, frontend, mobile);
- backend development on laravel;
- partial performance of product manager/owner/designer functions (including mobile applications);
- work with clients: Mercury Retail, World Fashion Channel, Dixy Group, Victoria, Bristol

Experience in IT and web development in particular since 2004. During this time, I managed to play the role of a designer, layout designer, seo, programmer, customer and the actual project manager and development team.
In general, work experience is not limited to the IT sphere. Lived in Sri Lanka for 4 years and managed 3 villas. Created and managed an online store in Ukraine (for several years the store was a sales leader in its niche).

I read Drucker, Adizes, Kotler, Covey, Kahneman, Cialdini. I am learning Italian, mastering surf-skating and surfing.
