Bali Purma Art & Workshop offers wood-carving classes with a local carver from Mas Village, Ubud. Learn to use carving knives, wooden hammers and chisels and make a simple carving or mask design to take home. Duration: 2–3 hours.

Regular class: IDR 450,000 per person, including carving tools and materials, return transport in the Ubud area, welcome drink and certificate. Private class: IDR 650,000 per person, with a private instructor and private pickup/drop-off within Ubud centre; the same materials, drink and certificate are included. Agree the date, meeting point and transfer coverage before booking.
