Maya Ubud's hands-on cooking experience starts with a farm-to-table visit to Growing Grounds, where guests explore locally grown ingredients, then continues in an open kitchen with the chef. The classes introduce Indonesian and Balinese dishes using fresh produce from the surrounding grounds.
Choose Vegetarian (IDR 500,000++), Nasi Tumpeng (IDR 600,000++), Balinese (IDR 700,000++) or Megibung (IDR 800,000++) per person. Maya Ubud states that an additional 21% government tax and service charge applies; the corresponding totals are IDR 605,000, 726,000, 847,000 and 968,000 per person. Food, cooking equipment and an apron are included.
A minimum of two adults is required. Classes are listed daily from 10:00 to 14:00; reserve at least 24 hours ahead, subject to availability.
