Duties: Support sales strategy; grow room revenue in leisure, OTA, agency, tour-operator, corporate, villa, retreat and group markets; manage partners and accounts; conduct calls, visits, inspections and presentations; develop packages, retreats, guest experiences and promotions; coordinate resort teams; support online distribution and digital/social marketing; monitor markets and report results; represent the resort at events and meet revenue targets.
Requirements: 2–3 years in hotel sales/marketing; Bali/Ubud or international-leisure experience is a plus; hotel sales/channel knowledge; good written and spoken English; strong communication, negotiation, presentation, networking and reporting skills; proactive, target-focused, independent and collaborative; valid driving licence and client visits.
