Bisa Surf invites independent collaborators for its Bali surf-camp projects. The call covers freelance photographers/videographers, certified surf/yoga instructors and travel/content affiliates. This is project or commission collaboration, not a salaried staff position.
Content creators capture surf material for social media and marketing, paid per project or through usage/commission agreements. Certified instructors may provide occasional sessions paid by commission per class. Affiliates refer guests and receive commission on completed bookings.
There are no fixed hours or salary in this collaboration programme. Sending a proposal does not guarantee a project: the camp follows up only when a concrete opportunity fits. Agree the brief, dates, payment, content rights, cancellation and any qualification or work-status requirements before accepting work.
