The provider lists 179,000 IDR for 10 GB/30 days when buying in Indonesia. Overseas checkout uses regional currency pricing: confirm the final total. You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone; the provider requests passport/IMEI details for registration. Check eligibility and agree your activation date before paying. Refund requests are allowed within 30 days of purchase while unactivated and IMEI not registered. After activation there is no ordinary refund. Unresolved technical faults are handled through support; incorrect customer details are excluded. Read the refund policy before purchase.
